Having owned a second home in France, we know only too well the pitfalls of leaving a property unattended for several months between visits.
We appreciate just how dispiriting it can be when you arrive and have to spend those first precious few days of a holiday airing rooms, cleaning and tidying the garden.
Our Welcome Service comprises:
- cleaning
- making up beds
- basic property maintenance
- garden tidying
- food shopping
You can then arrive knowing that all you have to do is open the door, unpack the car, pour the wine and enjoy your second home.

Do you rent out your second home?
We also offer a Welcome Service – Guests for those second homeowners who rent out their properties and want a local contact and service to prepare their properties.
Maison Secondaire will prepare your property for each rental period with cleaning, bed making, welcome packs etc. A similar service upon departure is also offered, to say goodbye to your guests, ensure they have had a great stay and to clean your home.
We can also provide a laundry service for each changeover.
