Do you rent out your second home?

We offer a Gîte Management and Key Holding service for those second home owners who rent out their properties and want a local contact and service to prepare their properties.

Maison Secondaire will keep you keys, prepare your property for each rental period with cleaning, bed making, welcome packs etc. A similar service upon departure is also offered, to say goodbye to your guests, ensure they have had a great stay and to clean your home.

We can also provide a laundry service for each changeover.
